Meet the Principal Investigator
The SEES Lab is led by Dr. Rachel Brewton, Assistant Research Professor at Florida Atlantic University's Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute.
Her research focuses on coastal ecosystem science, including seagrass ecology, habitat restoration, water quality, fisheries habitat, eutrophication, & ecosystem responses to environmental change.
Through collaborative research & student mentorship, the lab develops science-based solutions to support conservation & resource management.
